When we received the call that Amy got hurt, we could barely catch our breath. We were all so worried about her. But that call was only the beginning of her struggle to recover, to just walk again. Over the course of two years we talked often about hospitals, pain meds, movies, the hope that the band would continue, records, tequila, books, despair, more records, more pain meds, depression, and that always circling fear that the constant pain wouldn’t end and that maybe she wouldn’t get better. These two songs were written during that time and we wanted to document them now that Amy’s back and the Delines are back. We all feel so lucky to be a band again.

amazing live set. I saw RF many times over the years and saw them on the final tour, although not this gig. this is a classic set of songs and a good representation of them live, my favourite was always the epic Western skyline so shame its not here, but loads of classics to enjoy old and new, I love the long atmospheric lost in the trees/willamette. Willy was always very funny with his stories made up and true. I miss them so much. Philip Pepperell
